Your Singapore Guide to Longevity Cakes

A Birthday Tribute, Made Personal

A familiar peach shape, a carefully chosen blessing, a name that brings everyone around the table: small details can make a birthday cake feel especially meaningful.

Le Petit Empire Designer Cakes specialises in longevity cakes in Singapore, particularly 寿桃 peach-inspired designs. Our longevity cakes have been featured on Mediacorp Channel 8 and Channel U.

Creating celebration cakes since 2012, we welcome orders for intimate family birthdays and larger longevity celebrations.

Add Their Name, Age or Birthday Blessing

Personalise your cake with a name, age number or a message chosen for the birthday person. Chinese blessings such as 福如东海 can be discussed alongside your preferred wording, and fondant figurines are another option to enquire about.

Send us the exact text you would like included. We will confirm how it can fit the cake’s size and decoration. Longevity themes can be adapted for birthdays at any age, with or without an age number.

What Are the Decorations Made From?

The materials depend on the design. Some cakes use handmade fondant or chocolate decorations. Others include non-edible keepsake toppers that can be kept after the celebration, and a cake may combine different elements.

If you prefer edible decorations or would like something to keep, tell us when enquiring. We will confirm the materials for your selected design and identify any decorations that need removing before serving.

Choosing a Longevity Cake for Your Gathering

For a small family meal, tell us how many people will share the cake and whether it will be served after dining. For a larger birthday or longevity celebration, share your estimated guest count, serving plans and the design you have in mind.

Cake size and decoration need to work together. We will discuss suitable options and confirm any limitations on wording or decorative details.

Add a Surprise or a Playful Touch

A longevity cake can also include an unexpected moment.

A Money-Pulling Longevity Cake

Ask whether your chosen longevity design can be adapted into a money-pulling cake. The mechanism, layout and preparation requirements will be confirmed before ordering.

Funny Prank and Mahjong-Inspired Ideas

If the birthday person enjoys a joke or a playful theme, explore alternatives such as our Stickman Prank design or Mahjong Huat chocolate piñata. A chocolate piñata is designed to be broken open and is not a conventional cake for slicing.
