Delivery Options & Fees

Self Collect: Free
Flexi Delivery: $12.99 – delivered anytime between 11am and 9pm
Timed Delivery: $20 – choose a 2-hour delivery window between 11am and 9pm (e.g. 2pm–4pm)
Express / Special Delivery: $35 – for last-minute orders, peak hours, public holidays and special requests, including delivery before 11am or after 9pm

Deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island may incur additional surcharges. Our team will contact you to confirm the final timing and any top-up charges where applicable.

Order Preparation

For bespoke cakes, 14 or more days’ notice is recommended. Selected ready-to-order cakes may be available for same-day delivery. Availability and preparation time depend on the design and will be confirmed for your order.

Full payment is required to confirm an order. Please check your date, delivery or collection details, and contact information before paying.

Delivery Within Singapore

Islandwide delivery is available, subject to availability and the arrangements confirmed for your order. Delivery charges are shown before website payment or agreed in your quotation. Special delivery requests and any additional charges must be confirmed before proceeding.

Your selected or agreed delivery arrangement forms part of your order confirmation. Please contact us if you need a particular arrival time; exact-minute delivery may not be available.

Recipient and Address Details

Provide a complete address, unit number, recipient’s name and reachable telephone number. Include access instructions where necessary.

Someone should be available to receive the order during the agreed delivery window. We do not leave cakes unattended without permission.

If an incorrect address, access problem or unreachable recipient prevents delivery, we will attempt to contact you. Any redelivery arrangement and charge must be agreed before proceeding. Redelivery may depend on driver availability and product condition.

Delivery Changes and Delays

Requests to change delivery details are subject to feasibility and written confirmation. Any additional charges will be agreed before the change proceeds.

If we become aware of a delay affecting a delivery we arrange, we will contact you and discuss the available options. Where a problem occurs, we will assess an appropriate remedy under our Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy. Orders placed through delivery platforms also follow the platform’s delivery procedures.

Self-Collection

Collection is by appointment at RALOVS Café, 40 Kim Keat Road, Singapore 328815. Your collection date and time must be agreed when ordering. Please contact us immediately if you will be late.

Orders uncollected more than four hours after the agreed collection time may be disposed of without refund, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed. This does not extend collection beyond the venue’s operating hours. If your appointment is near closing time, please confirm any late-collection arrangements beforehand.

Transport and Storage

Inspect your order at handover and follow the product-specific transport, storage and serving instructions provided.

Keep the box level and secure during transport. Avoid direct sunlight, heat and leaving the product in a parked vehicle. Storage needs vary between cakes, chocolate products and decorative elements; ask us if any instruction is unclear.

Tell us if another person or your own courier will collect on your behalf, and pass the handling instructions to them.
