How do I enquire about a custom cake?

Can I customise a design from your website?
Send us the product link and the changes you have in mind. We will confirm what is possible and whether a separate quotation is needed.
How much will my cake cost?
Pricing depends on the size, design, decoration and order requirements. Refer to the selected product, or request a quotation for your custom design.
How early should I start cake ordering?
Contact us once your celebration date is known. We will confirm availability and the preparation time required for your design.
Can you make a cake for a small celebration?
Share your preferred size and number of servings. We will discuss a suitable option and any design limitations at that size.
Do you make corporate logo cakes and treats?
Yes. Our corporate collection includes logo cakes, cupcakes, printed cookies, brownie cake pops and chocolate piñatas. Explore our corporate cakes guide.
What is a chocolate piñata?
A chocolate piñata has a chocolate shell designed to be broken open to reveal its contents. It is primarily a celebration experience rather than a traditional cake for slicing. Refer to the selected product for its contents.
Delivery, Collection and Dietary Needs
Do you offer delivery or self-collection?
Islandwide delivery is available, with charges and timing confirmed for your order. Self-collection is inside RALOVS Café & Creative Studio. See our contact page for location details, then arrange the collection date and time with us when ordering.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Our kitchen uses no pork and no lard. Please tell us your requirements before ordering, so we can confirm whether the selected product is suitable.
Can we celebrate with our cake at RALOVS?
Yes. RALOVS Café & Creative Studio is also from our team. Book your RALOVS workshop and order your cake from Le Petit Empire to save on delivery fees, with no additional cake-cutting or corkage fee for that cake. Cake orders and RALOVS bookings are arranged separately.
