Returns/Refunds Policy

Please confirm before making an order.
We have a strict no refunds policy. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. We are very particular about the quality of each product. No requests for refunds will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.

We trust the skills and efforts each and every one of our cake designers put in to help create your cakes. Refunds are not provided for any reason. Due to our full schedule and our attention to details, we spend many hours planning and preparing before even beginning on a cake.

Changes Policy

Please confirm and decide well on all details, before submitting and making an order. This is to ensure that everything is in order, and to avoid any hiccups and confusion. We plan and schedule each and every order, to ensure everything is in place from one order to the next.

A $10 surcharge is applicable for every amended order details.

Some Examples of Changes includes;
– Change of Delivery Date
– Change of Delivery Address
– Change of Cake Flavor
– Change of Money Pulling Amount

Postponed/Bring Forward – Delivery Date:
Any changes pertaining to the order must be made at least 5 days before delivery. (And subject to availability).

In the event that the event date needs to be postponed/brought forward please inform and discuss with our salesperson at least 10 days in advance. We will be able to reschedule your order for you. However, less then 10 days, no refunds and no postponed on dates as all the arrangements have been made and done.
