*(Note that: after receiving payment, items pay take up to 5 working days to process, pack and send out for mailing. Hence, this option is not suitable for urgent orders. )

 

Shipping Information
We will only ship each item upon receiving full payment. Once payment is received, we will process to ship out the items and we will notify you along with a tracking number (applies for registered mail only) in 3  –  5 working days. We will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by SingPost. For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabouts, you need to contact your local SingPost office or simply call their hotline or just check online on their website with the tracking number for your parcel details.

A Postage-paid doorstep delivery.
SmartPac will be deposited into recipient’s letterbox if no one is available to receive.
Domestic products will be delivered within 2 – 4 working days.
SmartPac Mini – Up to 600 grams, 150 x 220 x 65 mm, SGD $3.20
SmartPac Lite – Up to 1 Kg, 240 x 330 x 65 mm, SGD $3.80
SmartPac – Up to 3 Kg, 300 x 190 x 65 mm, SGD $4.70

 

Returns Policy
We have a strict no refunds/exchange policy. Please confirm before making an order. We are very particular about the quality of each product. We will check the quality of each item before packing and shipping them.

In the case, if you have receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty item. We will replace it and send to customer the new item immediately. Customer can request to receive refund in money or replace with another code with same value of total damaged item received. If you choose to have refund instead of replacement, full refund will be made for item value only not inclusive postage.We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.

Issue on color resolution / Pattern
Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
